Leave your information of the material you prefer, the heel height(platform height), color, your foot length/width, and best to have a picture.
Then we will send you the quotation.
Once the order is confirmed and paid, factory will get started.
For your customization:
Processing Time (Preparing your order): 5-10 Business Days. (During this period, all cut, stitched and painted by hand. It takes time and effort. You can ask for the photo of your order before shipping);
Shipping Time (Delivering your order): 4-6 Business Days. (During this period, you can change the shipping way any time by sending us an email);
Receiving Time (Processing Shipping): 9-16 Business Days. (There will be 2 weeks from the date of the arrival on, we can offer you a VIP customer service.)
